Kellogg’s™ sponsored this episode, which featured the song “What Am I Doing Hangin’ ’Round”, written by Travis Lewis & Boomer Clarke and produced by Chip Douglas. Trivia Footnotes: This episode saw the 18th and final appearance of the Dean Jefferies-styled/George Barris-built Pontiac GTO Monkeemobile in an original Monkees segment. It was also was the last full Monkees episode to be produced and the last filmed episode of the show to feature The Monkees running afoul of dastardly villains. FEBRUARY 17, 1997 Hey Hey It's The Monkees, a 60-Minute Special, first aired @ 8:00 P.M. (EST) on the ABC Television Network. This was the first network TV showing of the original Monkee quartet since the 1969 TV special 33 1/3 Revolutions Per Monkee on NBC.
